The Services are provided to care organisations and their authorised staff. They are not directed at children as end users of the mobile app.
We use personal information to provide the Services, authenticate users, support care/workforce workflows, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Ideal Care is typically provided under contract to care organisations, which are responsible for their lawful basis to collect and instruct processing of staff and care-related data.
Information may be shared with authorised users in your organisation, hosting providers acting on our instructions, and authorities when required by law.
We retain information as needed to provide the Services and meet legal/contractual requirements. We use appropriate security measures, including HTTPS and access controls.
